This is an HDR 4K High Dynamic AR2020 Image Recognition USB3.0 Camera Module equipped with the onsemi AR2020 CMOS color image sensor. It features 20MP high pixel specification, capable of stably outputting 4K ultra-high definition video at 3840×2160 resolution with a maximum frame rate of 30FPS, smoothly capturing dynamic scene details. The sensor size is 1/1.8 inch, with pixel size precisely controlled at 1.4μm x 1.4μm, laying the hardware foundation for high-definition imaging. The module supports HDR function, effectively handling high-contrast scenes, while demonstrating excellent NIR (Near Infrared) performance at 850nm and 940nm wavelengths.
