This 640×512 Resolution 8x Electronic Zoom Thermal Camera Module is an uncooled infrared thermal imaging module with 640×512 resolution, equipped with a vanadium oxide infrared detector, supporting both observation and temperature measurement versions. Designed with miniaturization, high sensitivity and high reliability, it is suitable for multiple scenarios; it adopts 8~14μm response band and 50Hz frame rate, combined with shutterless, non-uniformity correction and other functions, enabling stable imaging in extreme environments such as total darkness, strong light and smoke. 8x electronic zoom (1~4x adjustable) combined with detail enhancement technology can clearly capture subtle temperature differences and details; the temperature measurement version has an accuracy of ±2℃, supports point/line/area temperature measurement, covering a temperature range of -20℃~550℃ to meet temperature measurement needs in various scenarios; it has rich interfaces, supporting PAL analog video, BT.656, MIPI, UART, RS232, with a power supply range of 5~18V (5V typical power supply), which can flexibly connect to various devices; the structure is extremely compact, with 21mm×21mm size and about 20g weight, compatible with M20×0.5 lens.
