The module features 1MP effective pixels and can stably output high-definition color images with a resolution of 1280×720. This resolution ensures that image details are clearly distinguishable while not imposing excessive pressure on data transmission, making it highly suitable for the real-time requirements of endoscope equipment. It supports a maximum frame rate of 30FPS, which can ensure smooth and non-blurry images during dynamic observation. Even when quickly moving to observe targets, it can clearly capture every moment of change. The sensor size is 1/9 inch, and this small-size design is crucial for endoscope equipment to achieve miniaturization. The module is equipped with a customized high-performance optical lens with a fixed aperture of F4.0. This aperture setting, while ensuring a certain amount of light intake, is beneficial for controlling the lens volume, making it more suitable for application in narrow spaces. The short-focus design with a focal length of 1.25mm, combined with a 90° horizontal field of view (DFOV), can achieve a wide range of scene coverage at close range, reducing the number of movements of the endoscope during the detection process and improving detection efficiency. The focusing range is wide, covering 10-100mm, which can accurately capture target details at different distances. The lens adopts an integrated design, which is compact and stable, with a diameter of only 3.6mm. This slender size allows it to smoothly enter various narrow detection environments, such as human body cavities and internal cavities of industrial equipment. To solve the lighting problem in narrow spaces, the lens integrates 4 high-quality LED lamp beads, which can provide sufficient and uniform supplementary light, ensuring clear imaging effects even in dim environments. The module supports manual focusing operation, allowing operators to accurately adjust the focus according to actual needs to ensure that the observed target is always clear and sharp.
In terms of production technology, the module adopts advanced SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and AA (Active Alignment) processes. The SMT process realizes high-precision and high-density mounting of components, which not only improves the structural stability and anti-vibration performance of the module but also greatly reduces the failure rate of the product. The AA process ensures precise matching of the optical path between the lens and the sensor through optical active alignment technology, minimizing optical deviations and ensuring the consistency and reliability of the imaging performance of each module.
